SHIPPING POLICY
International shipping is available.

Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping fees.

We operate on a made-to-order basis which typically requires an estimated turnaround time of 3-4 weeks. When items are in stock, please allow 7 days for processing as we prepare your order. Then allow an additional 2 weeks for shipping the product(s). Shipping time is solely based on the shipping carrier and location.

Orders with multiple items will ship in one package once all items are ready to ship unless specifically requested to ship items separately. Note that if you request for multiple items to be shipped separately, shipping expenses may be higher compared to shipping all ordered items at once.

International Orders (i.e., those shipped outside the U.S.): Buyers are responsible for any and all expenses and fees incurred with the shipment, including but not limited to, customs, duties charges, taxes (including VAT: Value Added Tax) and any other similar expenses incurred. If a package is refused, no refund will be issued. International orders are final sale.

REFUNDS
Everything is made to size so we have a NO REFUND POLICY.

International Orders (outside of the US) are not eligible for returns or refunds. These orders are considered final sale. International orders are only eligible for returns IF the wrong item(s) compared to what was actually ordered was given to you.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at CustomArts@FriendsOfYah.com immediately within 1-2 days after receiving the item if it is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Ensure to provide the date in which you received your item via mail when contacting us about defective or damaged items.

Provide detailed pictures and explanations of any claimed defects or damages.

Once your claim has been thoroughly reviewed and inspected, we will let you know if the said defective or damaged item is approved for a return of 50% of the original price.

If you received the wrong item(s), ensure to contact us immediately within 1-2 days of receiving your item(s) via mail at CustomArts@FriendsOfYah.com with pictures of every item received, along with the date in which the item(s) were received via mail. Upon review of your claim, if it is agreed that the item(s) are not the correct item(s) ordered, immediately send item(s) back and notify us of the exact date, the item(s) was shipped out to be returned. Once we have received the item(s), you will be notified. After being notified of us receiving the returned item(s), we will notify you when the correct item is prepared for shipment.


EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Sale items cannot be returned.

All sales are final & and non-returnable.

International items are final sale.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not accepted. If you are unsure about the sizing of any products for purchase, please contact us at CustomArts@FriendsOfYah.com before ordering to ensure you receive the right sized item.
